This group is a space for adults who feel stuck in low self-worth, shame spirals, anxious thinking, and constant rumination. Together, we build self-trust, strengthen identity, explore personal values, and practice healthier boundaries with compassion and clarity.

Compassion over criticism
Many adults living with low self-worth already know how to be hard on themselves. This group creates a more honest and caring way forward.
Values-based direction
When your mind feels noisy, values help you find direction. We focus on what matters most, not just what fear says.
Real-life practice
The goal is not perfection. It is learning small, grounded skills that support daily life, relationships, and self-respect.
“I replay conversations for hours and still feel like I got it wrong.”
You deserve support that helps you loosen rumination instead of living inside it.
“I seem confident on the outside, but inside I doubt myself constantly.”
We make space for the hidden exhaustion beneath high-functioning anxiety.
“I know my patterns are hurting me, but I keep repeating them.”
ACT helps you respond to patterns with awareness, choice, and practice.
“I say yes when I want to say no, then resent myself later.”
Healthy boundaries become easier when your identity is rooted and your needs matter.
