Growing up on a reservation, Iris witnessed firsthand the deep impact of generational trauma and the lack of accessible mental health care. Her journey through healing inspired her to enter the world of therapy, where she now dedicates herself to empowering individuals—particularly those from marginalized and underrepresented communities.

Iris blends a warm, direct, and interactive style with evidence-based practices such as ACT, DBT, and CBT. She integrates relational-cultural and person-centered approaches to create a space where clients feel both deeply supported and gently challenged. Her sessions are interactive and insight-driven, with a focus on meaningful action and change.

Iris is a Pre-licensed counselor with a Bachelor in Kinesiology and Psychology, working towards a Master's in Counseling through Eastern Oregon University.
