Additional Practice Support
Clinical Supervision
Supervision is available as an add-on to our practice management packages for associate-licensed clinicians at 12% of collected revenue.
Includes:Weekly clinical supervisionOngoing clinical training and consultationDocumentation review and supervisory sign-offAccess to supervisory billing for insurance purposes using an approved supervisor's NPI
Supervisees are expected to maintain a caseload of at least 15 clients. If an associate remains under 15 active clients after a 60 day ramp-up period, an additional monthly supervision contribution of up to 5% may apply to help offset fixed supervisory costs. The supervision contribution is automatically removed once the associate reaches and maintains the 15-client threshold.
Insurance claims processing is already included in your practice management package. Supervisory billing eligibility varies by insurance payer, provider credentials, and state requirements.

Office space included with Full Service packages is intended primarily for in-person client appointments. Clinicians are expected to maintain an average of at least five in-person sessions per reserved office day. Telehealth appointments should generally be conducted remotely to maximize office availability for in-person services. Office assignments are based on caseload, utilization, and availability and may be adjusted when space is consistently underutilized.
Minimum utilization requirements do not apply to separately rented office space.
Commitment
Businesses contracting with us agree to a 24-month minimum commitment, allowing time for onboarding, marketing setup, and initial administrative investment to be recouped. After 12 months on the full support tier, you may transition to a lower support tier if desired. If you are at a lower tier and decide that you need more support you may be able to increase to the full support tier at any time but you must remain at the full support tier for at least a full year.
Fee Review Schedule
Fees are reviewed on a quarterly basis using average active client volume. Tiers remain stable between review periods to support predictability, ramp-up, and seasonal fluctuations.
This model may be a good fit if you:
• Want to run your own practice but don’t want to manage billing, systems, or administrative logistics alone• Value flexibility and transparency in how support services are structured• Are comfortable operating as an independent business owner• Want scalable support that can grow with your caseload and goals
Our practice management model may not be the right fit if you:
• Are seeking a traditional W-2 employment position• Prefer a fully managed schedule without responsibility for clinical autonomy• Are not comfortable with a percentage-based service model or waiting for claims to be processed.• Are looking looking to focus mostly on clinical care without managing a business.
