Hello! I’m Carmen Benway, LMHC, the Owner and Director of Seattle Neurocounseling PLLC. As both the founder and the visionary behind our clinic, I wear many hats, balancing clinical leadership, operational management, and client care to ensure that Seattle Neurocounseling provides exceptional mental health services to our community. My passion is to foster a supportive and inclusive environment for clients and our clinical team, making mental health care accessible, personalized, and impactful.
With a background in counseling psychology and years of experience working with diverse populations, I bring a comprehensive understanding of clinical practices, team development, and client-centered care. I oversee daily operations, direct our clinical programs, and work closely with our talented team to ensure that every client’s journey is supported with the highest quality of care.

Hi! I’m Aira Vallesfino, the Digital Project Manager at Pacific Neurocounseling PLLC. I manage and coordinate a variety of projects that support the clinic’s growth and outreach efforts. My work focuses on strengthening our online presence, supporting administrative and clinic operations, and communicating our services clearly and compassionately to the community.
I bring a thoughtful, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach to everything I do. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my teenage daughter and discovering new restaurants together. I am always happy to help and take pride in making sure every interaction feels welcoming, respectful, and positive.
As Office Administrator at Seattle Neurocounseling PLLC, I ensure the clinic operates efficiently and seamlessly. From scheduling appointments and answering client inquiries to coordinating projects that support our team, I am dedicated to creating an organized and welcoming environment so clients can focus on their mental health journey without added stress.
I bring organization, patience, and a positive attitude to every aspect of my work. Whether it’s resolving issues, assisting colleagues, or providing a friendly voice to clients, I believe that attention to small details—such as timely reminders, warm greetings, and smooth scheduling—can make a meaningful difference in someone’s day.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new cafés and spending quality time with family and friends. I approach every interaction with curiosity, approachability, and a commitment to learning—ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors feels supported, welcomed, and confident in the care they receive.
Hi! I am Sirene and my role with Pacific Neurocounseling PLLC involves handling credentialing, contracting and billing. I have 15 years experience in the field and have handled several departments along the revenue cycle management.
I am mainly responsible in managing provider credentialing and enrollment, payer contracting, and medical billing processes to ensure timely reimbursement and regulatory compliance. This role serves as a key liaison between providers, insurance payers, and internal teams to maintain accurate records, optimize revenue cycle performance, and support operational efficiency.
Outside of work, I am a mom of 2 girls and loves reading books as a hobby. Aside from this, I am not athletic but I enjoy playing Tennis with my husband during free time.
