Key Responsibilities

● Provide Direct Counseling Services: Offer individual, couples, group, and/or family therapy to clients in a professional, compassionate manner, using evidence-based practices. ● Develop Treatment Plans: Assess clients’ mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans based on therapeutic goals.● Maintain Client Records: Document client progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in a timely manner while ensuring confidentiality.● Conduct Assessments: Perform mental health evaluations and assessments to determine diagnoses and treatment needs.● Monitor Client Progress: Regularly review and adjust treatment plans as needed, providing ongoing support to help clients achieve their goals.● Stay Updated on Best Practices: Continuously engage in professional development to stay current on mental health trends, research, and ethical guidelines.

Who We’re Looking to Contract With

● You hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. ● You’re licensed or working towards licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family therapist, Psychologist, or a related credential (e.g., LMHC, LP, LICSW, LASW)● You have active malpractice insurance.● You’re comfortable working in-person or in a hybrid model (partially in person and part time telehealth) that suits your schedule.

Our Fees

Flexible Options: Unlike most other practices, we offer flexible arrangements tailored to your needs. Whether you’re looking for minimal administrative support to full-service help, we provide a variety of solutions so you can focus on your clients. You’ll have the freedom to choose the package of services that work best for your practice.
Typical Session Rates: The typical rates that we collect for sessions from clients or insurance can vary depending on the insurer. The range is typically around $115 to $175 for each 53 minute session. It is slightly less if you accept medicaid clients.
Our Fees: We collect a percentage of the fees collected from your sessions which could range between 25%-40% for fully licensed counselors and 30%-50% for associates depending on the level of support our office provides you with. The rest goes to you!

● Business Coaching: We can provide coaching to guide you through setting up and growing your practice.● Billing and Credentialing Support: We handle billing and provide credentialing services for licensed therapists, as well as Incident-to billing for associates.● Claim Submission and collections● Marketing & Visibility: Gain exposure through various directory listings, Our website, SEO strategies, Google Ads, and social media campaigns, along with email marketing support.● Administrative Services: We offer comprehensive administrative services, including scheduling and AI-powered note-taking software for those using our full administrative package—no more late-night charting!● Office Space: Access to fully equipped office space is available.● Technology: EHR set up and support
