Other Payment Methods

We accept debit and credit card payments for our services. Additionally, many companies offer Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) that may be used to cover the cost of sessions. There are also financing options through Advanced Care Card if you need to spread out your deductible payments over time. If you need more information about financing, feel free to ask us for details.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee. Frequent cancellations may lead to the termination of services. We also require a credit card on file to cover out-of-pocket expenses, such as copays, deductibles, late cancellation fees, or any other costs not covered by insurance. Your card will only be charged after your appointment. If you are using insurance, we will collect copays upfront and then bill your insurance company before processing any deductible payments.
