Mental Health Counselor Position

We are currently hiring licensed Mental Health counselors (LMHC), licensed clinical social worker (LICSW), Licensed Advanced Social Worker (LASW), licensed marriage & family therapist (LMFT) and Psychologist. This is a W2 employee position and not a contractor position. If you are another business looking for contracting for billing, administrative support, marketing or other support services we can also work on a 1099. As a W2 counselor, you are only expected to conduct counseling services and related notes. 

Benefits

    Full-time Compensation will be $50-$80 for fully licensed clinicians (based on average 24+ active client hours per week) Rates vary depending on the type of insurance you accept. 
    You can work fully, partially remote, or fully in office. You choose the setting you are most comfortable.

    Very limited admin work required as we have administrative staff to handle all the billing and scheduling. We also use AI to help with notes.
