Pacific Neurocounseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child and Youth Counselor to join our growing team. We specialize in providing mental health services to children, youth, and their families, and are looking for a professional with a strong passion for helping young individuals overcome emotional and behavioral challenges.

Position Overview:
As a Child and Youth Counselor, you will provide therapeutic services to clients ranging from elementary age through adolescence. You will work closely with families and school systems to support the overall well-being of the children you serve. Due to school schedules, some in person and evening availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:● Provide individual counseling for children and adolescents facing challenges such as trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.● Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans.● Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with state and agency guidelines.● Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:
● Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.● Licensed in Washington as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Associate-level counselor with supervision (Washington and/or Oregon license preferred).● Experience working with children, youth, and families in a therapeutic setting.● Strong communication and organizational skills.● Evening availability is required for this position.● In person Availability is required for this position.
