Accepting New Clients
I work with children, youth, and adults ages 5 and up. I support clients experiencing generalized anxiety, stress, and challenges related to neurodivergence, including ADHD and Autism. I also work with behavioral concerns and provide parenting support to help families feel more confident and connected.
In addition, I support clients navigating identity development, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I provide multicultural counseling and practice from a culturally responsive, strengths-based perspective, creating a space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered.
I am a pre-licensed counselor currently enrolled in a master's of clinical mental health counseling at Bellevue University. I am completing internship requirements through Pacific Neurocounseling.

A Little About Me

Outside of therapy, I’ve had the opportunity to visit 28 countries (and counting), thanks to my adventurous husband. In everyday life, I’m more of a homebody and enjoy relaxing with my cat, a good book, or a movie. I also sing semi-professionally and have a strong appreciation for live theater.
