Accepting New Clients
Having lived and worked abroad, I have been exposed to many cultures, values, and ways of understanding the world. These experiences shape how I show up in therapy with humility, respect, and a genuine interest in each client’s story. I value exploring how culture, identity, and relationships influence lived experiences, and I strive to build therapeutic relationships that feel supportive, collaborative, and aligned with each client’s unique background.
I support individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, and challenges related to neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism. I also work with clients navigating identity development, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves or uncertain about their next steps. My goal is to help clients make sense of their experiences and move forward with greater self-understanding and confidence.

A Little About Me

Outside of therapy, I’ve had the opportunity to visit 28 countries (and counting), thanks to my adventurous husband. In everyday life, I’m more of a homebody and enjoy relaxing with my cat, a good book, or a movie. I also sing semi-professionally and have a strong appreciation for live theater.
