About me:

Armed with a decade of experience and a passion for helping others, I work with children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relational challenges, OCD, problematic social media use, and Autism. My education in counseling psychology and speech-language pathology equips me with a holistic approach and unique perspective on communication challenges.
My collaborative approach puts you at the center of your healing journey. Drawing from theoretical orientations such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, exposure and response prevention, mindfulness, and applied behavior analysis, we'll work together to develop effective strategies tailored to your unique needs.
I was raised in sunny Florida with Persian roots and Christian values. I bring cultural sensitivity and an understanding of diverse perspectives into my practice. I strive to create an inclusive space where individuals from all walks of life feel seen and supported. When I am not helping clients thrive, you can find me snuggled on the couch with my furry companion Bowie. Let's embark on this transformative journey together towards healing and growth.
I am available to see clients Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from the hours of 9:00AM to 7:00PM.
