Pre-Licensed Counselor

Supervised by Sanaz Amini

I was inspired to become a counselor while working in a medical clinic, where I witnessed how closely mental and physical health are connected. Seeing the impact of emotional healing on physical symptoms shaped my passion for helping others find relief, understanding, and balance.

I use a mind-body approach to help clients release tension and regulate their nervous system through techniques such as deep breathing, gentle movement, and guided imagery. By integrating mindfulness with evidence-based practices, I support clients in managing stress, trauma, and emotional challenges.

I believe everyone deserves a safe space to feel heard and understood. I strive to be a calm, compassionate presence—someone who listens deeply and creates an environment where clients feel supported, comfortable, and truly seen.

I am a pre-licensed counselor completing a Master's Level internship

Therapeutic Approach

My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and centered on the connection between mind and body. I integrate mindfulness and somatic techniques to help clients better understand their internal experiences, regulate their nervous system, and release stored tension in a safe, supportive space.

I use techniques such as deep breathing, gentle movement, and guided imagery to support emotional regulation and body awareness. I am also continuing my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns.

My style is grounded, attentive, and collaborative. I meet clients where they are, honoring their pace and experiences while supporting meaningful, lasting change.
