Pre-Licensed Counselor

Clinical supervision provided by Sanz Amini

I was inspired to become a counselor while working in a medical clinic, where I witnessed the close connection between emotional and physical health. Seeing the impact of emotional healing on physical symptoms deepened my passion for helping others find relief, understanding, and balance.

My approach is mind-body focused and grounded in mindfulness and evidence-based practices. I support clients in managing stress, trauma, and emotional challenges through techniques such as deep breathing, gentle movement, guided imagery, and nervous system regulation.

I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, respected, and understood. I strive to offer a calm, compassionate presence and to create an environment where clients feel supported, comfortable, and genuinely seen.

I am a pre-licensed counselor completing a Master's Level internship

Therapeutic Approach

My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and centered on the connection between mind and body. I integrate mindfulness and somatic techniques to help clients better understand their internal experiences, regulate their nervous system, and release stored tension in a safe, supportive space.
I use techniques such as deep breathing, gentle movement, and guided imagery to support emotional regulation and body awareness. I am also continuing my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns.
My style is grounded, attentive, and collaborative. I meet clients where they are, honoring their pace and experiences while supporting meaningful, lasting change.

What Clients Can Expect

Clients can expect a supportive and collaborative environment where they feel heard and understood. I aim to create a space that feels calm, respectful, and paced with care.

Together, we may explore emotional patterns, sources of stress, and ways to build greater self-awareness and balance. Sessions are tailored to each client’s individual needs, goals, and comfort level.

A Little About Me

I maintain a regular meditation practice and enjoy yoga, hiking, and traveling. I also value spending quality time with my husband and our cats.
