Pre-Licensed Counselor
Clinical supervision provided by Sanz Amini
Caring for someone who's unwell, facing your own diagnosis, or grieving a loss can leave you depleted in ways that are hard to put into words, holding it all together on the outside while feeling exhausted and overwhelmed underneath, wondering who's holding space for you. If that feels familiar, you're not alone, and you don't have to carry it by yourself.
My path to counseling began in a medical clinic, where I saw how closely our physical and emotional health are connected and how often the weight of illness, caregiving, and loss goes unspoken. That experience, along with my training in trauma counseling and volunteer work in hospice care, shapes how I work today.
I help clients move through trauma, grief, caregiver stress, chronic illness, and the hard adjustments that come with major health changes, offering a calm, compassionate space where the part of you that's been quietly struggling can finally feel seen.
I am a pre-licensed counselor completing a Master’s in Counseling at Antioch University.
