Nancy Ziegler

Licensed Mental Health Counselor, MC, CRC, LMHC

With over 25 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals dealing with chronic pain and injuries, particularly those navigating Labor and Industries (L&I) claims. I guide clients through the complexities of a system that can often feel overwhelming and frustrating. Throughout this journey, I've developed a deep understanding of how these challenges impact not only the body, but also the mind and emotions.

After earning my bachelor’s degree, I committed myself to supporting individuals in overcoming their struggles, first as a vocational counselor, and later as a therapist. I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves compassionate support during life’s most difficult moments. My passion lies in helping people move through their challenges so they can experience greater peace and fulfillment. I provide a caring, empathetic, and judgment-free space where you can safely explore your concerns and begin to chart a path forward.

I work primarily with L&I clients, offering Behavioral Health Intervention and Mental Health Counseling services. If you are an L&I client in need of support, please feel free to reach out.

Additionally, I am open to working with individuals facing chronic illness, pain, or injuries that are affecting their mental health.

I take a holistic, client-centered approach, providing empathetic and supportive care tailored to each individual’s needs. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your concerns and build the skills needed for lasting change.
Collaborative Goal-Setting
Therapy is a partnership, and I strive to create a space where trust and rapport develop over time.
Real-Life Application
Progress isn’t just about what happens in session—it’s about how you apply what you learn in your daily life. I regularly assess how clients are using new skills, managing stressors, and overcoming challenges, providing guidance every step of the way.
Culturally Competent Care
I have completed cultural competency training and continue to expand my knowledge to better serve clients from diverse backgrounds. I respect and incorporate each client’s unique culture and experiences into therapy, ensuring a personalized and inclusive approach.

A Little About Me

When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, exploring new places, and experiencing different cultures. I believe that stepping outside of our daily routines can bring fresh perspectives and a deeper appreciation for life.
I also have a passion for reading, always looking for new books that expand my knowledge or provide a great escape. Whether it’s psychology and personal growth, I love getting lost in a great book.

Motivational Quote That Guides My Practice

"You are worthy of happiness and peace of mind."

I believe that everyone deserves to heal, grow, and find fulfillment in life. No matter the challenges you face, you have the strength within you to move forward. My goal is to help you recognize that worth and support you on your journey toward lasting peace and well-being.
