Clinical Focus and Specialties

Morgan works with clients facing a range of mental health concerns, including:

    ADHD
    Autism Spectrum Disorders
    Depression
    Life Transitions
    School Issues
    Trauma

Therapeutic Approach

My approach is all about collaboration and focusing on your strengths. I believe you are the expert on your life, and I’m here to walk alongside you, offering tools and strategies to help you succeed. I use evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to tailor therapy to your unique needs.
For ADHD and autism, I’ll help you build on your strengths while creating practical strategies for areas where you feel challenged—like improving focus, managing emotions, or navigating social situations. If you’re working through trauma, I’ll provide a safe, supportive space to process your experiences and help you reclaim your sense of self. My goal is to empower you to take charge of your journey with confidence and self-awareness.

What Clients Can Expect

When you work with me, you’ll find a supportive and judgment-free space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. We’ll work together to set goals that matter to you and create a plan to achieve them. Therapy with me isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about helping you uncover your strengths, build resilience, and create a life that feels fulfilling and authentic.

A Little About Me

I became a therapist because I believe in the power of connection and growth. My own experiences with therapy showed me how transformative it can be to feel truly understood and supported. That experience inspired me to help others on their journeys. Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, reading, sewing, and knitting—activities that bring me peace and balance. I love working with individuals navigating ADHD, autism, trauma, and the LGBT+ community, and I feel honored to be part of each client’s story.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but it’s also a powerful one. It’s a sign of strength and self-compassion. If you’re ready to explore what’s next, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll work through life’s challenges and create a path forward that feels right for you. Reach out today—I’d love to support you on your journey.
