Her clients often seek her out when they’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, self-harm, identity struggles, and cultural or generational challenges.
Jessica also has experience working with teens, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds who are balancing the pressure of assimilating into another culture while honoring traditional values and expectations.
With a deep understanding of the complexities that come with balancing multiple cultural identities—especially as a first-generation daughter of immigrants—Jessica offers an inclusive, affirming, and welcoming space for every client.

Education and Training

Master of Social Work (MSW), Boise State University (Graduating May 2025)Resiliency-Informed Somatic Therapy for Trauma (March 2025)
Each year, I complete 18 CE hours—including ethics, suicide assessment & management, and health equity—and pursue specialized training in complex trauma, mindfulness, ethics, and self-harm/suicide prevention to ensure my practice remains evidence-based and client-centered. All of my clinical work is conducted under the supervision of both an LCSW and a Washington-approved LMHC supervisor, ensuring full compliance with state regulatory standards.

Clients working with Jessica can expect genuine, compassionate care. She is known for her exceptional memory, empathy, and attentiveness—qualities that help her build strong therapeutic relationships and foster trust over time.
Jessica believes in empowering her clients with the tools and insight needed to navigate emotional challenges, build resilience, and strengthen their sense of self. Her work is rooted in cultural humility, lived experience, and a deep respect for each person’s individual path.
She collaborates with clients to create treatment plans rooted in short- and long-term goals, typically revisited every 90 to 180 days. She regularly incorporates feedback to ensure the therapeutic process remains effective and aligned with each client’s growth.

A Little About Me

Having experienced profound personal loss and the stigma surrounding mental health in her own family, Jessica is passionate about breaking down barriers to care and creating healing spaces for those who often feel unseen or unheard.
Outside of her professional role, Jessica enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, volunteering, cooking, reading, thrift shopping, and staying connected to friends and family. She is a devoted cat mom to Libby, Oli, and Loki—three furry companions who were her emotional lifeline through grief and loss during the pandemic.
