I became a therapist because I am deeply passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and reclaim their sense of agency. My journey into this work was inspired by a profound desire to support those navigating the impacts of trauma, stress, and life transitions. I believe in the power of healing through connection—both with oneself and with others—and it’s this belief that fuels my dedication to providing trauma-informed, compassionate care.
I am committed to providing a culturally sensitive and inclusive therapeutic environment where every client feels valued and respected, regardless of their background, identity, or experiences. I also understand Middle Eastern and Arabic cultures well from my background, allowing me to offer culturally aware support for individuals from these communities.
I am a pre-licensed counselor completing a Masters Level internship through Adler Graduate School.

Therapeutic Approach

My approach integrates person-centered therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and somatic techniques, blending emotional, physical, and cognitive tools to foster holistic healing. I also draw from my trauma-informed yoga certification, which allows me to help clients reconnect with their bodies and release stored trauma in a safe, non-judgmental space. I am committed to creating an environment where clients feel heard, valued, and supported throughout their healing process. My style is empathetic, grounded, and collaborative, always adapting to each client’s unique needs and pace. I blend:
Mind-body healing- Integrating trauma-informed yoga and somatic techniques to address the physical effects of traumaPerson-Centered Therapy – Creating a safe, compassionate space for self-explorationSomatic Therapy – Addressing trauma through body awareness and movementCognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Identifying and reshaping unhelpful thought patternsMindfulness & Breathwork – Supporting emotional regulation and present-moment awareness
