Hi, I am Eddie Skinner, and I’m here to help you navigate the ups and downs of life. Whether you’re balancing school, work, relationships, or figuring out your next steps, therapy can be a space to hit pause, reset, and refocus. Some issues that I work with are Managing anxiety and stress, Navigating relationship struggles, Building self-esteem and confidence, Coping with depression and emotional challenges, healing from trauma and PTSD, as well as overcoming habits like procrastination and self-sabotage, OCD, and ADHD... I also can support students and young professionals who feel stuck or uncertain about their direction in life.
I bring a culturally sensitive approach to therapy incorporating various approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to address a wide range of issues. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and how you can move toward the life you want.
