Insurance and Payment Options

Avani currently accepts new clients and offers in-person and telehealth sessions with flexible appointment times. She accepts:
1. Medicaid plans: Molina Healthcare, Coordinated Care, and Community Health Plan of Washington
2. Cash pay at $90 per session (not reimbursable by commercial insurance plans) - Must be eligible to use FSA/HSA for payment. We do accept payments through FSA/HSA.
