Therapeutic Approach

I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches to support personal growth and healing. My experience has allowed me to explore Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients identify and reframe distorted thinking patterns, leading to healthier perspectives and effective coping strategies. I also incorporate elements from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to tailor interventions that align with each client's unique needs.
What sets my approach apart is my commitment to holistic and integrative therapy. I believe that every individual is unique, and I customize my interventions to support both immediate concerns and long-term personal growth. My therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, and collaborative, fostering a safe space where clients feel heard and valued.
I also incorporate positive psychology principles, helping clients recognize their strengths and resilience. By encouraging a growth mindset, I empower individuals to navigate challenges with confidence. My background in psychology and experience in diverse healthcare settings allow me to approach issues from multiple perspectives, ensuring a well-rounded and client-centered therapeutic experience.
At the heart of my work is the therapeutic alliance—I prioritize trust and connection, knowing that meaningful change happens in a supportive and affirming space. My passion for helping others, combined with an integrative approach, allows me to create a distinctive and impactful therapy experience.
