Hannah’s practice philosophy emphasizes empowerment and transformation. She strives to provide a warm and authentic collaboration space where clients can make sense of external stressors and decide which narratives to retain or rewrite in their life stories. Clients can expect curiosity and space to tell their "story," or what themes or events feel most important to them, particularly in initial sessions. Any goals we set will be client-directed, and Hannah will collaborate with clients regularly on these goals to make sure they still make sense or feel appropriate.
Hannah focuses on Autism and Neurodivergence, Grief Work, Suicidal Ideation, Social Justice Counseling, Chronic Illness/Pain, Anxiety, and Stress Management. She believes in providing a compassionate and informed approach to support clients through various challenges.
Hannah is a pre-licensed counselor completing a Masters Level internship Oregon State University.
