As a marriage and family counselor with more than two decade of experience, I have had the privilege of working closely with individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges. I have worked in a variety of setting including working in Geriatrics, hospice care, military and outpatient care.
I have an integrative approach to therapy drawing from several evidenced based therapies such as Cognitive behavioral therapy, Emotionally focused therapy, EDMR, and cognitive behavioral conjoint therapy for couples. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where each individual can explore their feelings, improve their relationships, and enhance their overall well-being.
